Carnival Cruise Line Australia has named Sarah Miller as new Key Account Manager as the company also seeks to swell its sales team presence further Down Under by recruiting for a new Business Development Manager for Queensland.
The announcements come as Carnival Cruise Line gears up to integrate two P&O Cruises Australia ships into the fleet in 2025, expanding to three ships sailing year-round from Sydney and Brisbane plus Carnival Luminosa’s seasonal deployment in Brisbane.
In her new role, longtime Carnival team member Miller will focus on deepening relationships with key accounts, leveraging her proven expertise and success.
Carnival Cruise Line Australia National Sales Manager Mark Richards said: “Sarah’s new role reflects our ongoing commitment to recognising and developing talent within our team.”
“Her incredible results, drive, and strategic mindset have made her a standout performer. We’re confident Sarah will take our key accounts to the next level, ensuring our travel agent partners continue to thrive.”

Carnival Cruise Line will also appoint a new BDM for Queensland to provide targeted support for advisors and meet increasing cruising demand.
“Our travel agent partners are at the heart of what we do. By adding more resources to Queensland, we are doubling down on our efforts to support agents and meet the growing interest from Australian travellers,” Richards added.
“With Sarah’s role and the new BDM, we are well-positioned to make 2025 a year of even greater success for everyone involved.”
