Esteemed travel leader Carolyn Nightingale has officially landed at Karryon as Partnerships Manager – and we couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome her to the Together In Travel family.
With a stellar 25+ year career spanning aviation and tourism – including senior roles with Ansett Australia, Delta Air Lines, Garuda Indonesia, Los Angeles Tourism, Simon Shopping Destinations and most recently Linkd Tourism – Carolyn brings with her a wealth of experience, deep industry relationships, and a passion for connecting people across the travel ecosystem.
Based in Sydney, Carolyn’s role as a member of Karryon’s expanded partnerships team will focus on helping manage and grow our portfolio of partners who share our mission to inspire, innovate, and drive a prosperous and sustainable future for travel.

A much-loved natural connector and strategic thinker, Carolyn’s strengths lie in Sales, Marketing, Training and Account Management – all of which will be pivotal in helping Karryon evolve as it enters the next phase of its 12-year journey.
Carolyn also joins Karryon at a transformative time. In 2025, a number of exciting new initiatives and products will launch, designed to offer even more value to our loyal audience and supporting partners.
From enhanced storytelling channels and custom publishing opportunities to innovative new digital tools and live experiences, including Niche is Nice, Carolyn will be instrumental in helping bring these innovations to life and ensuring they deliver real impact for our growing community.
