Alana Sale brings over 20 years of experience in the travel industry, including roles at Flight Centre Travel Group where she managed brands like Flight Centre, Escape Travel, and Travel Associates. Her expertise spans curating bespoke luxury travel experiences and understanding the nuanced needs of discerning clients.

“Alana is a true travel professional with a proven track record of exceeding client expectations,” said Anthony Riemann, CEO of Complex Travel Group.

“Her passion for delivering outstanding service aligns with our commitment to creating unforgettable luxury travel experiences.”

What will Alana Sale’s role entail?

In her role, Sale will oversee VIP and high-net-worth clients, designing bespoke luxury holidays, tours, and cruises. Working across the company’s brands, she will provide national service under the new Onboard Luxury banner.

In addition to appointing Sale, Complex Travel Group has launched a new brand, Onboard Luxury, specialising in bespoke, high-end travel experiences. The company has also become the first affiliate member of the Luxury Travel Collection (LTC), allowing access to LTC’s premium products and curated itineraries. This partnership aims to enhance the range of exclusive travel options available to clients.

Sale’s appointment is part of a broader growth strategy. Since mid-November, Complex Travel Group has welcomed eight new team members across newly created roles, reflecting its expansion in the luxury and premium travel sectors.

With brands like Flat Beds, RoundAbout Travel, Flat Beds Tour + Cruise, QFlyer, Y Premium, and now Onboard Luxury, the company is strengthening its reputation as a leader in tailored travel solutions for high-end clients.
