Movers + Shakers: Envoyage adds Jodie Burnard as Global Product Lead

Flight Centre Travel Group’s new independent brand Envoyage has appointed long-time FCTG NZ executive Jodie Burnard as Global Product Lead to create and execute a compelling product strategy that aligns with the vision of an independent travel hub.

Flight Centre Travel Group’s new independent brand Envoyage has appointed long-time FCTG NZ executive Jodie Burnard as Global Product Lead to create and execute a compelling product strategy that aligns with the vision of an independent travel hub.

Ms Burnard has led a distinguished travel industry career, including 16 years at FCTG NZ, most recently as Head of Communications, PR & Group Partnership and part of the FCTG NZ Executive Team.

She brings more than 25 years’ experience to the role, including stints at The Travel Corporation, Kumuka Worldwide and Stella Travel Services.

Ms Burnard officially starts her new role on 1 May 2024 and will continue to be based in New Zealand.

“I am thrilled to be joining the fantastic team at Envoyage and look forward to the opportunity to drive positive outcomes for our business and partners in the product space,” she said.

FCTG Global Managing Director of Luxury & Independent Danielle Galloway said Ms Burnard will play a significant role in making Envoyage’s vision a reality.

Launched in February 2024, Envoyage aims to elevate the FCTG independent offering with plans for extensions specialising in the growth areas of corporate and luxury travel.

The FCTG Independent flagship brand also recently added seven new suppliers to its portfolio.
