FCM Travel has promoted longtime exec Michelle Jolley to Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Marketing to oversee and lead the company’s global marketing strategy across more than 90 countries worldwide.
An accomplished executive with years of marketing experience, Jolley has vast industry knowledge of the global business travel landscape.
Jolley has a long association with Flight Centre Travel Group, including almost six years with FCM Travel USA.
Before that, she spent nearly a decade with FCTG in South Africa in various corporate and leisure travel positions.
In 2019, she relocated to Philadelphia to lead FCM’s marketing division in the US and Canada. She most recently served as FCM’s VP of Marketing, where she has been integral in driving growth for the Americas business.

To coincide with Jolley’s global appointment, FCM has also named Gina Ng as its new VP of Marketing for the Americas, where she will be based in NYC and develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the company in the US and Canada.
FCTG Global Corporate CMO Scott Alboni said: “I am thrilled for the opportunity to appoint Michelle to this new global role as well as welcome Gina to the FCM family.”
“Michelle has proven to be an incredibly effective marketing leader with a deep understanding and passion for our business. Her experience, strong leadership, and strategic mindset will be instrumental in helping FCM expand its footprint across borders while elevating the brand globally.”
