Helloworld Travel (HLO) has appointed experienced travel and cruise industry sales and marketing exec Courtney McCagh as its new Franchise Operations Manager for Western Australia and Northern Territory effective immediately.
McCagh has held varied positions within the travel industry across sales, marketing and retail, most recently as Business Development Manager at Scenic.
Her other most recent roles include Royal Caribbean in Miami and as an International Tour Manager at Topdeck Travel in London.
Now based in Perth, McCagh takes up the role of Franchise Operations Manager WA/NT where she will be responsible for account management and the strategic development of the Helloworld Travel member network of branded and associate agents through the enhancement of profitability and mutual success.
HLO Head of Branded & Associate Networks Nick Sutherland is thrilled to welcome the latest member of the team.
“We are delighted we found the ideal candidate in Courtney,” he said. “Her knowledge of the sector and the region is commendable, and we know she will bring great results to HLO and our WA and NT networks will appreciate her.”
In February, Helloworld Travel Limited (HLO) released its half-year financial results for FY24 – and it makes for some good reading for the group.
The 2025 Helloworld Owner Manager Conference (OMC) destination has recently been announced as Vancouver.
