Link Travel Group continues to bolster its support team, with the appointment of Emmalita Malmberg to the role of National Business Manager.
Malmberg joins the Link lineup after 17 successful years at Queensland-based Pulse Travel.
“Emmalita will be Link’s National Business Manager, working with our current members to enhance their Link membership by helping them unlock the vast array of benefits available in the ecosystem Link members have access to,” Link Travel Group General Manager Scott Darlow told Karryon.
“That in turn will maximise revenue and margin opportunities for Link members.
“At Link, we are all incredibly excited to have someone of Emmalita’s experience, astute acumen and solid reputation join Link and we are excited for the future.”
Malmberg told Karryon she was still “pinching myself” about the role.
“I’m genuinely excited to have been given the opportunity to work with such well-respected travel industry leaders in Scott Darlow, Danielle Galloway, Penny Spencer and Anthony and David Goldman,” she said.
“My priority now is to meet every Link Travel Group member across the country, getting to know their individual businesses and identifying how I can best support them.
“I’ve admired the Link business model since it was launched in 2022 so to now be part of the business is amazing.”
In June, ahead of its second birthday, Link Travel Group unveiled 10 new members in a big boost to its portfolio.
Prior to this, Link Travel Group added four new agencies to its members-only luxury and corporate network.
