A&K Travel Group has established a centralised leadership team with a slew of executive promotions. And it’s all in line with the company’s One A&K strategy.
Key to the leadership revamp is Debra Fox, who has been reconfirmed as the Managing Director of A&K Australasia. Additionally, she will serve as Executive Vice President of Trade Sales Asia Pacific for both A&K and Crystal.
Debra comes with over three decades of experience in travel, including stints at APT, American Express, and Thomas Cook. She said she is looking forward to leading Crystal and A&K in the APAC market.
“It is truly an exciting time at the A&K Travel Group as we continue to deliver on the One A&K vision,” she said.

To bolster the sales and marketing efforts in the region, A&K Travel Group appointed Susan Haberle as Vice President Sales & Partnerships A&K APAC. Tony Archbold continues in his role as Vice President Sales Crystal APAC. The duo will collaborate closely, focusing on trade partnerships. Additionally, Ann-Marie Chapman takes on the role of Vice President Customer Sales & Operations APAC. And Michelle Mickan assumes the position of Vice President Marketing A&K and Crystal Australasia.
The One A&K strategy
The One A&K strategy aims to connect and synergize the group’s markets and brands. This has led to new leadership roles in other regions. Amy Weyman assumes the role of Managing Director for A&K USA, while Kim Berman takes on the additional responsibility of Managing Director of Crystal’s Aventura office. Andrew Burrett assumes the role of Managing Director for A&K UK, while Stephanie Schmudde receives a promotion to SVP Global Product Strategy for A&K.
