Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) Independent, encompassing Travel Partners branded and affiliate agencies, Travel Associates at Home, Travel Associates Franchise, and Flight Centre Independent, has announced Anthony Flores as the latest addition to its team.
Melbourne-based Anthony Flores will be FCTG Independent’s new Business Development Partner for Victoria, with two decades of industry experience across retail and supplier sectors.
Fiona Batten, National Sales Director, expressed enthusiasm for the new appointment, remarking, “With Anthony’s vast sales and leadership experience, he will play a crucial role in our ongoing growth strategy for the Victorian market. We are thrilled to welcome him aboard.”
Previously, Flores held senior positions at prominent travel industry players such as Aurora Expeditions and Intrepid Group.

Alongside Chriss Perry, another Business Development Partner, Flores’ primary objective is to drive sales growth and broaden FCTG Independent’s client base in Victoria.

The news follows the recent announcement of Nichole Steadman, who joined FCTG Independent Australia as a business development partner in May after spending 16 years at The Travel Corporation.
Based in Brisbane, Steadman’s role will be to connect with Queensland travel agents and partners and grow awareness of the FCTG Independent brand in Australia.
