FCM Consulting has appointed experienced aviation sector expert Florian Mueller as its new Aviation Practice Lead as part of a strategic expansion of the global business’s capabilities across key industry verticals.
In the B2C and B2B role, New York-based Mr Mueller will be responsible for devising strategies to help FCM clients reshape and improve programs in response to the complexity of air travel in these times.
Alongside his consulting role, Mr Mueller is a Global Aviation Committee member where he plays an active role in addressing industry developments and providing valued guidance and education to the wider corporate travel community.
Before joining FCM in 2019, Mr Mueller led US corporate sales for Emirates and has held various positions within Lufthansa Airline Group, including General Manager of the Americas at Austrian Airlines.
The appointment forms part of FCM Consulting’s globalisation initiative headed by Global Account Management and Consulting Director Jo Lloyd.
