Business is good over at FCTG Independent. So good in fact, the group has just recruited a new sales team member and is on the hunt for at least one more.
Effective immediately, Nichole Steadman has joined FCTG Independent Australia as a business development partner.
Based in Brisbane, Steadman’s role will be to connect with travel agents and partners and grow awareness of the FCTG Independent brand in Australia.
Steadman most recently worked in a corporate travel position with the Australian Government’s Future Fund Management Agency. Before this, she held a 16-year tenure at The Travel Corporation (TTC).
“I can’t wait to get my feet under the desk and join this exciting, rapidly growing business within FCTG,” she said.
“My ability to build trusting relationships with key stakeholders has been vital to my success in the travel industry.

According to the group, FCTG Independent saw huge growth in network size and also TTV over the past few years.
Consequently, it is also looking for another Business Development Partner to join its team in Melbourne.
