Gai joined Hawaiian Airlines in 2014 and lead the carrier through a major growth period within the Australian market, including a large expansion of the local team, upgraded aircraft and additional services.

Working closely with Hawaii’s tourism leaders, Gai also heavily contributed to the increase in Aussies travelling to the island state who are staying longer than ever before and visiting multiple islands.
