The stunning Palais venue at Luna Park was shimmering with key industry partners, clients and staff united to celebrate this momentous occasion.
It didn’t matter if you knew one person or a few, everyone walked away with new friends and a feeling of gratitude towards the amazing industry we work in.
There were so many highlights throughout the evening, but when Penny Spencer got up on stage and thanked her incredible staff, clients and industry partners as being key to the success of Spencer Travel, the entire audience applauded with a few shedding tears.
In 1998 Penny Spencer set out to open a corporate travel agency with an uncompromising focus on service excellence.
20 years later Spencer Travel has exceeded Penny’s original vision, growing a massive 400% to become the industry leader in customer-centric travel solutions.
Penny ensured everyone at the party knew how grateful she was for them and the role they had played in the succss of Spencer Travel. And you really felt the love, thanks, and gratitude.
