Experienced hospitality exec Rainell Mano joins OUTRIGGER Hospitality Group as the new Area Director of Sales & Marketing for OUTRIGGER Kaua‘i Beach Resort & Spa and OUTRIGGER Kona Resort & Spa.
In her new role, Mano will be responsible for maximising market share, revenue and occupancy growth for the two Hawaiian properties and a well-known brand to Australian travellers.
Mano brings more than 20 years’ hospitality leadership experience with a track record of driving revenue growth, cultivating high-performing teams and implementing innovative strategies across globally recognised brands.
Her previous roles include Director of Sales & Events at The Ritz-Carlton O‘ahu as well as leadership roles at PRA Business Events, Four Seasons and Marriott International.

In other Hawai’i moves, the Group also promoted two long-time team members to general manager positions in two of its popular Waikiki properties.
The Group has also acquired the newly named OUTRIGGER Kā‘anapali Beach Resort and announced Edwin Torres as General Manager.
