TTC Tour Brands is gearing up its dedicated Groups division to meet an increase in Groups business. Enter its new National Groups Sales Manager Tammy Van Exan.
With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Tammy brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. What’s more, she is no stranger to TTC, having previously served as a sales manager across several the TTC brands. Plus, Tammy spent five years as a travel agent, so she knows what agents need to assist their sales and training.
Tammy expressed her excitement about rejoining TTC. She said that she is eager to nurture and expand the trade sales and partnerships within the Groups sector.
“The TTC Tour Brands offers tailored and customised Groups for any customer segment or interest,” she said.
“And having the breadth of brands and products creates an agents’ one-stop shop.”
Toni Ambler, Managing Director of TTC Tour Brands said having Tammy back to focus on TTC Tour Brands’ Group sales highlighted “our commitment of being easy to sell and easy to work with in this specialist segment”.
She said Tammy’s primary focus will be on reaching existing and new Group touring enthusiasts. She will assist them in booking their dream trips with key partners, and implement wider Groups trade engagement strategies.
The last 12 months have witnessed significant investment in TTC’s Groups division. The company has made considerable efforts to support its dedicated Groups reservation team. This included running an education series called ‘Spotlight on Groups’ in May. It also launched the TTC Groups Network, an exclusive platform that offers Groups specialist agents access to exclusive offers, dedicated training, and regular updates.
