Meet Josh Grocke, the newest addition to the Crooked Compass team. Josh has joined the company in the newly appointed role of General Manager & Strategic Partnerships. In this role he’s focusing on building collaborative relationships.
With his extensive industry experience spanning almost two decades, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.
From retail to business, adventure to corporate travel, group and sports travel, and even aviation and airlines, Josh has dabbled in almost every aspect of the travel industry. His most recent role was as Corporate Sales and Strategy Manager for Virgin Airlines. Prior to that, he was with Flight Centre Travel Group where he was the Head of Customer Engagement at Flight Centre Business Travel. His Bachelor of Business in Commerce and Marketing further bolsters his expertise.
Josh embraces Crooked Compass’ vision and values. And playing a pivotal role in bringing meaning and purpose to the wider travel arena thrills him.
“I’ve always enjoyed the challenge of looking to the future; pushing the boundaries to enhance the customer experience and continually asking how we can do better,” Josh says.

Known for his positive outlook and proactive approach, Josh is a seasoned senior leader. He has an impressive track record of achieving outstanding results and also cultivating highly successful teams with a remarkable culture.
Crooked Compass Founder and Director, Lisa Pagotto, expressed her excitement about Josh joining the team.

Josh will join Sarah Arane who joined Crooked Compass as its Relationship Manager last year.
