Brisbane-based Albatross Tours has announced the appointment of new Managing Director and former FCM Travel Solutions leader, Shelley Poten.
Ms Poten began her career in travel in 2002 as a Travel consultant for Jetset Travelworld Group and has since held various senior roles in the industry, including general manager of Corporate Traveller Australia in NSW for almost nine years.
Ms Poten also spent a brief spell in Chicago as a Travel manager for Corporate Traveller and, most recently, was the General Manager of FCM Travel Solutions in QLD/NT for six and a half years based in Brisbane.
“I am thrilled to be joining the Albatross Tours team to lead this esteemed company into its next chapter,” said Shelley.

Euan Landsborough says he isn’t retiring yet though and will continue to play a pivotal role in the business.
