Committed to delivering outstanding service, Helloworld seeks a powerhouse rockstar to lead their Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth reservations centres to ensure their customer service promises are met and exceeded. You will be the cheerleader for the Helloworld Wholesale Brands including Viva Holidays, Sunlover Holidays, Cruiseco and ReadyRooms. Could it be you? Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the Wholesale Division reservations centres in Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Create a ‘sales team environment in the Operations centres, ensuring the consultants are motivated and keen to upsell and reach the united goal to increase revenue and margin
  • Set revenue targets, monitor, and coach on individual development needs
  • Recruit, induct, and set workforce rosters to minimise the impact on the agent network while balancing headcount budgets
  • Report and track revenue metrics and instigate actions plans to ensure revenue protection
  • Liaise with suppliers on dispute resolution matters
  • Drive an exceptional customer experience across our agent network
  • Lead training programmes to upskill teams on product knowledge
  • Attend fam trips and promote preferred supplier partner products
  • Lead a small group of Team Leaders

What will give you an edge?

  • A proven ability to lead and manage a large and diverse workforce
  • Extensive customer service and stakeholder management experience
  • Vast experience in an operations supervisory or higher role, managing call and sales centres
  • Proven ability to build a network of effective relationships at a senior executive level
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving prowess
  • Experience in the development of key performance measurement tools
  • Experience in the travel industry (highly desirable)
  • Customer focused
  • Proven people management skills
  • Well-developed communication abilities to complement your strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Sound understanding of contact centre methodologies
