In light of the Coronavirus outbreak in China, On The Go Tours has made the decision to cancel all their tours to China departing from now through until 25 March 2020.

In light of the Coronavirus outbreak in China, On The Go Tours has made the decision to cancel all their tours to China departing from now through until 25 March 2020.

It comes after the Australian government advised against all non-essential travel to all parts of China.

If your client has a trip to China with On The Go Tours departing between now and 25th March 2020, the following options are available:

• Defer your client’s holiday to China to a later date

• Switch your client’s holiday to another destination

• Full refund for your clients

Contact On The Go Tours by 15th February 2020 with your client’s preferences so On The Go Tours can facilitate new arrangements.

If your client’s holiday to China departs between 26th March – 25th April 2020 a decision as to whether these trips will operate will be made on the 17th Feb 2020 in accordance with the best advice offered by authorities.

As the situation is fluid plans for those travelling after 25 Apr 2020 and the remainder of 2020 have yet to be put in place.

A further update for those travelling after 25 April 2020 will be given on the 17th February 2020.
