There’s an Australian Travel Agent out there who’s currently on the hunt for insulated jackets and boots to keep him warm after winning a trip to the Arctic.
And that Travel Agent is… Joseph Alam from Our Vacation Centre.
Alam won a 21-day Arctic Discovery Voyage from Aurora Expeditions after smashing the cruise line’s latest sales incentive.
As part of the prize, the consultant will visit Svalbard, Greenland and Norway and be one of the few people in the world to see the remote and active Jan Mayen Volcanic iIsland.

Alam said he’s excited to receive this “amazing opportunity”, during which he’ll encounter polar bears and arctic foxes, participate in sea kayaking and even receive free photography sessions.
Dianna Schinella, Aurora Expeditions Industry Sales and Marketing Manager, congratulated the Agent on his prize and thanked all consultants for their “tremendous support” during the incentive period.
