TravelManagers’ top-selling personal travel managers (PTMs) finally celebrated their stellar 2019 sales results with a long-awaited, luxury five-night Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa stay hosted by HOOT Holidays.
The ‘Hoot Legends’ included PTMs Ally Casey, Annette Fyfe, Belinda Hackett, Carli Hester, Deahann Urqueza and Merran Anderson.
They were among TravelManagers’ top-10 best-selling consultants with HOOT Holidays in 2019 but the pandemic delayed their reward trip until 2022.
TravelManagers COO Grant Campbell joined the trip as a company representative along with HOOT Holidays CEO Joe Araullo and Product Manager Stephanie Jones.
“This was no ordinary famil – rather than days filled with hotel inspections, it was very much a reward in which PTMs got to experience the destination as favoured guests,” Mr Campbell said.
During their stay, the group was treated to a private snorkelling tour to Banana Beach on the Panwa Princess, courtesy of Cape Panwa Hotel, and a trip to the new Andamanda Water Park.
The PTMs also experienced both Business and Premium Economy classes on their Singapore Airlines flights to Phuket.
“We were all so grateful that we could still go on our ‘Hoot Legends’ trip from 2020,” Ms Hester said.
“Our TravelManagers family is what got us through the last couple of years and it was a great way to connect, relax and have a few laughs.”
HOOT Holidays CEO Joe Araullo said its exclusive product offerings as TravelManagers’ in-house tour wholesaler was key to the rapid post-COVID recovery for the PTM network.
“In return, PTMs can earn reward and recognition such as ‘HOOT Legends’ status and all that encompasses for their support,” Mr Araullo said.
PTMs have the opportunity to participate in the 2023 ‘Hoot Legends’ famil to Vietnam in late October based on bookings deposited from 1 January–30 June 2023.
