TTC moves Oceania HQ to Sydney CBD, bringing all brands together under one roof

The Travel Corporation (TTC) relocates from Bondi's Travel House to the Sydney CBD, uniting all brands on one floor.

The Travel Corporation (TTC) has moved its Oceania headquarters from Bondi to the Sydney CBD, closing the chapter on 26 years at Bondi’s iconic Travel House and bringing all brands together.

The new CBD office on level 21 at 321 Kent Street, adjacent to Barangaroo, became home to all Sydney-based TTC staff from 9 June 2026, bringing the group’s brands, including AAT Kings, Uniworld and Adventure World, together on a single floor.

TTC Managing Director Toni Ambler said the move marks a new era for the business under its new ownership.

“Travel House has played an important role in our history and in helping build some of the most iconic brands in the travel industry. As we move into 321 Kent Street, we are entering a new chapter for TTC under Apollo ownership – one focused on growth, investment, adaptation and continued brand evolution in an ever-changing industry,” she said.

AAT Kings CEO Ben Hall said the single-floor layout is designed to lift collaboration across the TTC portfolio.

“It is exciting to bring our brands together on one collaborative floorplate, creating a more connected local team and enabling stronger sharing of best practice across the business,” he said

Uniworld Managing Director Alice Ager, who recently announced that Luxury Gold is joining the Uniworld portfolio as the river cruise brand builds towards eight ships in five years, said the CBD location also puts teams closer to industry and trade partners.

“Moving to the CBD has been a positive step into the future for our people and being across one floor means human connection is stronger and more accessible than ever, which is ultimately what our business is all about,” she said.

The relocation comes amid wider momentum across the group’s brands, with Trafalgar preparing to launch Trafalgar Reverie on the Danube in April 2026 with Melbourne solo traveller Kate McIntosh as godmother.

Adventure World Managing Director Neil Rodgers framed the relocation as a statement of intent.

“The future at TTC is exciting, nimble and ready for growth and change. Our new office, with panoramic views across Darling Harbour, is the perfect place to invest in our people and build a culture of collaboration, growth and innovation,” he said.

A housewarming event for company friends and industry partners is tentatively planned for early August.
