TTC Tour Brands overhauls Groups Program making bookings easier for Aussie advisors

The Travel Corporation has overhauled its TTC Tour Brands Groups Program across Trafalgar, Trafalgar River Cruises, Insight Vacations, Costsaver and Contiki with faster confirmations, real-time inventory visibility and stackable offers for travel advisors.

The Travel Corporation has overhauled its TTC Tour Brands Groups Program across Trafalgar, Trafalgar River Cruises, Insight Vacations, Costsaver and Contiki with faster confirmations, real-time inventory visibility and stackable offers for travel advisors.

The TTC Tour Brands Groups Program refresh includes Scheduled Groups, Custom Groups, Small Groups and Trafalgar River Cruises with locked-in group pricing at the time of reservation and improved two-way communication designed to help advisors secure space more efficiently.

Billed as TTC Tour Brands Groups’ most comprehensive policies refresh to date, the changes are aimed squarely at making group travel easier to book and manage for advisors and their clients with a dedicated webinar explaining the changes on 29 July 2026.

Custom Groups lets advisors build fully tailored itineraries for groups of 15 or more guests, constructed from the ground up around a group’s needs and interests.

The format suits multigenerational family reunions, affinity groups and special interest travel.

Advisors can tap into added benefits when booking Small Groups and Scheduled Groups.

For Small Groups, advisors can now place holds on groups of nine to 10 guests with additional inventory available on request. It builds on Trafalgar’s recent push into the format, launching 22 dedicated small-group itineraries capped at 18 guests.

Benefits include a five per cent group discount, 50 per cent off for the 10th guest, or the 18th guest travelling free. Small Groups are eligible for in-market discounts and can be combined with promotional offers.

The updated Scheduled Groups program simplifies deposit and release timelines and group benefits also can be combined with eligible in-market offers across the touring portfolio.

Further river group benefits include up to one complimentary place for every eight guests on select sailings, flexible group structures and enhanced launch benefits across 2027 departures.
