Express Tickets is seeing user growth of its Direct NDC ticketing platform after a successful rollout as the brand doubles down on service and support to its current independent agencies and onboards new agencies.
The Direct New Distribution Capability (NDC) ticketing platform, backed by Aeronology, now has 223 agencies actively ticketing on the new version of the system, which launched in 2021.
The Express Tickets online ticketing platform offers a point-and-click interface, which enables travel advisors to confidently shop and book ticketing, and complete reissues, refunds and revalidation functions within the platform.
It also delivers the choice of Aeronology’s newly developed technology, including full NDC capability both directly with the airline and through your GDS, APIs, cloud computing, AI and industry-focused algorithms.
Now signing on new agencies and supported by an ongoing advertising campaign, Express Tickets aims to position itself as a market-leading air consolidation option for independent travel agents.

Express Travel Group (ETG) CEO Tom Manwaring said: “Express Tickets is designed from the ground up to help travel agents save time and work more efficiently and our proven and experienced internal support team ensures agents are also receiving world-class post-setup service.”
