Watch out Uber Eats, Virgin Australia is coming for you and flying well beyond.

The carrier today launched a food delivery app called ‘Virgin Australia Flying Foods’ that allows Aussies to order food from one state and have it delivered from another.

That’s right, if you’re on holidays in Hobart and missing your favourite ginger prawns in Brisbane, the carrier will fly it directly to you.

Now that’s service!

Announcing the new app on Instagram, the airline claims to have signed up some of “Australia’s best restaurants” to the app, which has an emphasis of “sky’s the limit” when it comes to dining.
