Royal Caribbean has revamped its trade partner portal, Club Royal, with a new name and a raft of upgrades and changes to improve the user experience for travel advisors and they’re celebrating the relaunch with five $500 Visa gift cards up for grabs.
Previously known as Homeport, Club Royal is the new trade partner portal for Aussie and Kiwi travel advisors to access everything you need to book your clients’ Royal Caribbean cruises.
Club Royal contains all the required sales and marketing resources to support the guest booking journey. Advisors can access booking support, marketing toolkits, exclusive offers, deployment releases, training, news and more in one place.
Royal Caribbean AUNZ Director of Sales Dave Humphreys said supporting frontline advisors is a priority and providing the tools that consultants need is central to Club Royal.
“We’ve relaunched Club Royal with the needs of Australian and New Zealand agents front of mind with a single portal where advisors can answer questions and access resources to sell Royal Caribbean more effectively,” he said.
