Following the launch of the new booking season for Great Southern Rail, Rail Plus has announced two lucky Travel Agents who will be participating on The Ghan Expedition famil in March 2019.

Baden Brown from Launceston Travel and Cruise and Kayleigh Thomas from House of Travel Albany will spend four days and three nights on a one-of-a-kind journey from Adelaide to Darwin.

Along the way, they’ll wake up to new views of Australia, enjoy outback sunrises, and enjoy off train excursions to some of Australia’s famous outback towns including Alice Springs.

Rail Plus still has one spot left for a Travel Agent to join Baden and Kayleigh; they just need to be the first to sell the Reef to Reef package.

Meanwhile, other Agents who aced Rail Plus’ training quiz won alternative prizes, such as Kathy Stuckey from Lismore Cruise and Travel who took home an Indian Pacific picnic blanket; Tania O’Reilly from Flight Centre Taranaki Street NZ and William Doherty from Flight Centre Cairns who won a ‘The Ghan Berlin’ pen; Emily Troube of Jamison Travel won an Indian Pacific stubby holder.

Kylie Organ from Redcliffe Travel took home a ‘The Ghan’ stubby holder; Jaclyn Underwood from Travel Partners and Elly Jackson from Travel Associates Shellharbour took home a set of Great Southern Rail headphones each, and Siobhan Bull from House of Travel NZ won a ‘The Ghan’ beanie.

Congratulations all!
