Campaign and Partnership Manager

The impressive Campaign and Partnership Manager role is all about being responsible for the management and development of GFOB’s national trade and consumer campaigns with key trade accounts, direct partnerships, and tourist boards. By managing existing partnerships – and developing new ones – you’ll actively seek to maximise PR opportunities across Australia and New Zealand.

Here’s what you’ll need to apply:

  • Be Sydney-based
  • Have a formal qualification in marketing, or travel and tourism
  • Have a minimum of four years’ experience working in a commercial marketing environment
  • Ooze strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Be experienced with CRM and Power BI, or have the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Own your strong attention to detail and decision-making abilities
  • Have the ability and willingness to travel interstate and overseas, as required

Business Development Manager

This Auckland-based role is responsible for maintaining and growing existing revenue streams while also procuring incremental sales revenue in line with the National Sales Strategy. This role covers New Zealand’s North Island and requires regular travel.

Here’s what you’ll need to apply:

  • Be Auckland-based
  • Have previous experience in business development and sales
  • Pride yourself on your strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Be driven to exceed goals and deliver exceptional results
  • Consider yourself self-motivated with a passion for travel
  • Offer flexibility and a willingness to work weekends and after hours as required
  • Hold a New Zealand Driver’s license
  • Enjoy full working rights in New Zealand (Citizen or PR)

Sales Coordinator

Reporting to the National Sales Operations Manager, this will be a very busy role, and an ideal place for someone ready to learn, grow, and hit the ground running. Providing impeccable service and support to our Business Development Managers on the road, you’ll help maximise sales activities. For the right person, you’ll even get to join Globus BDMs on the road, at exclusive industry events, and social nights!

Here’s what you’ll need to apply:

  • Be a Sydney-based individual
  • Have previous sales experience, preferably within the travel industry
  • Have event coordination experience (preferred, though not essential)
  • Be excellent at problem-solving with impeccable attention to detail
  • Thrive as a sales-driven individual with a can-do attitude
  • Offer great organisational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Be flexible with a willingness to work weekends and after hours as required
  • Preferably hold an Australian driver’s license
  • Have full working rights in Australia
