APT Kimberley Outback

APT has been leading the way in touring to the Kimberley for a significant time, offering tours that have minimal impact on the natural environment and being the only major tour operator to have Advanced Eco-Certification in the Kimberley.

APT also partners with the Wunan Foundation, a community-based initiative that represents the Indigenous communities in the East Kimberley.

For over 15 years APT has been working with Wunan to deliver their touring program, assist with financial investment in the region including a network of owned wilderness eco-lodges as well as through employment opportunities for local Indigenous people.

APT’s network of wilderness lodges is a unique offering and key highlight when visiting this area. Offering guests unparalleled accommodation in luxury tented cabins with the comforts of home in remote locations, all with spacious ensuites, hot showers, and a private deck.

The three lodges located in Mitchell Falls, Bell Gorge, and Bungle Bungle are strategically positioned to maximise experiences so guests spend less time driving the vast land and more time exploring.
