Sir Richard Branson was in Sydney yesterday to share the news that Aussies can now book tickets on his soon to debut Virgin Voyages cruise line and that Virgin Australia will fly them to their ship.
It’s thanks to a new partnership between Virgin Voyages and Virgin Australia known as “Tail to Sail” packages.
Virgin Australia will transport Aussie “sailors” to Miami, on Virgin Australia flights from Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne via Los Angeles. See more details here.
Now, for Agents: Virgin Voyages has partnered with Australian General Sales Agent (GSA) and Travel the World who will represent the brand in trade.

When do Virgin Voyages set sail?
Virgin Voyages much-anticipated first ship, Scarlet Lady sets sail in April next year.
As we’ve shared before, the ship promises to deliver an “adults-only and Rebellious Luxe cruise experience”.
Scarlet Lady was designed to reflect a yacht’s sleek luxury and will be a sanctuary at sea for the 18+ traveller.
The 2770-guest ship sets itself apart with a vinyl record store, tattoo parlour and Rockstar Suites complete with a mini bar, and a peekaboo shower where you can view the ocean from the shower.
Not to mention the ship’s recently revealed Shake for Champagne’ service. All you need to do is shake your phone and you’ll have a bottle of bubbles delivered to you within minutes.
There will also be 20 restaurants on-board, outdoor yoga decks, juice bars and so much more!
