Okay so we know Qatar Airways is the ‘World’s Best Airline‘ & Singapore Airlines has the ‘World’s Best Cabin Crew‘, but have you ever wondered which carrier has the best onboard amenity?

Looking at the little details in the air is what the APEX Awards do best and they’ve just revealed which carriers are the best at the stuff you may not have thought mattered.

BEST INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT INNOVATION
Goes to… American Airlines for its ‘Calm’ app that helps travellers get to sleep through meditation and stories.
BEST LOUNGE INNOVATION
Goes to… Fiji Airways for its nanny service in the kid’s area of its Premier Lounge.
BEST INFLIGHT WI-FI

Goes to… JetBlue for its Mint Kits.
BEST PRODUCT OR SERVICE
Goes to… Air New Zealand for its Skycouch – a row of three Economy seats that convert into a flat surface to stretch out on.
BEST SEAT COMFORT
Goes to… Qatar Airways, which offers comfort (albeit in different ways) across First Class, Business Class and Economy Class.
