BEST SKY-HIGH SERVICE: Singapore Airlines' cabin crew named 'World's Best'

Singapore Airlines may have lost the title of 'World's Best Airline' to close rival Qatar Airways, again, but it's definitely not because the carrier's cabin crew isn't absolutely killing it when it comes to sky-high service.

Singapore Airlines may have lost the title of ‘World’s Best Airline’ to close rival Qatar Airways, again, but it’s definitely not because the carrier’s cabin crew isn’t absolutely killing it when it comes to sky-high service.

In fact, it’s the complete opposite. Singapore Airlines’ cabin crew are doing such a stellar job in the air that they were named ‘World’s Best Airline Cabin Crew’ in the 2019 Skytrax Awards, knocking out five-time winner, Garuda Indonesia.

The Singaporean carrier’s inflight team took out their counterparts at Garuda Indonesia for delivering the highest all-around performance, including efficiency, attention to customers and more.

The crew were also praised for delivering soft service characteristics, which Skytrax’s 21.65 million reviewers from 100 countries defined as enthusiasm for the job, friendly attitude, and top hospitality.

Congratulations to Singapore Airlines’ inflight cabin crew!
