A new EK Boeing 777 Business Class Seat was unveiled at IT Berlin 2016 yesterday. The seat, which was designed with the customer in mind, promises to maximise comfort on long-haul flights, such as Emirates’ Auckland to Dubai service which happens to be the longest in the world.

The newly enhanced seat features an ergonomically designed headrest, a pitch of 72 inches and the latest touchscreen controller allowing the seat to be electrically converted into a fully flat sleeping position at 180 degrees.

Yep, you’ll be able to get some decent shut-eye at 10,000 feet.

The improved layout also comprises one of the industry’s largest personal TV screens at 23 inches allowing customers to enjoy Emirates‘ award-winning ice inflight entertainment and additional amenities like a conveniently located mini-bar.
