Pleasing people are 32,000-feet is like second nature to Garuda Indonesia’s Cabin Crew who have ONCE AGAIN been praised and congratulated for delivering the best inflight service in the world.

The airline’s flight attendants retained the title of ‘World’s Best’ in this year’s Skytrax Awards, making it the FIFTH time they’ve receive the award.

According to the 18 million flyers who voted in the 2018 awards, Garuda Indonesia’s Cabin Crew go above and beyond to keep guests happy – so if you’re tired of average inflight service, you now know which airline to book with in the future.

Garuda Indonesia’s President, Pahala N. Mansury, said the airline is “very proud” to receive the award as it’s one of the most “prestigious” to win.

He continued, recognising the airline’s “dedicated” cabin crew who “embrace challenges together to deliver “a high level of Service Excellence”.

Garuda Indonesia first won ‘World’s Best Cabin Crew’ in the 2014 Skytrax Award and has retained it ever since. The carrier was also ranked in the top of ‘World’s Best Airlines’, which was led by Singapore Airlines and Qatar Airways.
