Jetstar takes the pain out of purchasing add-on products with its new ready-made flight bundles, ranging from the basic Starter Plus to the Flex Plus Bundle with different inclusions, flexibility and Qantas Points and rewards earning capacity, now available through a variety of booking systems.
The new bundles are designed to cater for different travellers’ needs – from just a seat and a checked bag through to more flexible options with a range of choices and products for both domestic and international flights.
Here’s the new bundles on offer:
Starter Plus Bundle
- 7kg carryon, 20kg checked bag, standard seat selection (subject to availability) and a meal
- Change fee applies and fare difference may apply for date, time and name changes
- Qantas Points can be earned by Frequent Flyers on NZ domestic flights only
Flex Bundle
- Meal included on international flights and NZ domestic flights
- 7kg carryon limit with the option to purchase an additional 7kg for 14kg (max 2 items, one large item up to 10kg and one smaller item to fit under the seat)
- Standard or upfront seating included (subject to availability)
- Qantas Points can be earned by Frequent Flyers, JAL Mileage or JQ domestic Australia flights and flights to/from Australia
- Same-day flight changes (subject to availability)
- No Change Fee for date, time and name changes (fare difference may apply)
- Cancel for a credit voucher
Flex Plus Bundle
- A combination of Starter Plus and Flex bundles
- Includes Qantas Points, flexibility, 7kg carryon allowance, 20kg checked baggage, standard seat, upfront or extra legroom seating (subject to availability) and a meal (two meals on long-haul international)
- Same-day flight changes (subject to availability)
- No Change Fee for date, time, name, and origin/destination changes (fare difference may apply)
- Cancel for a credit voucher
The existing Business Max Bundle is also available, now allowing Qantas Business Rewards members to earn Qantas Points on eligible Jetstar flights.
Jetstar’s new bundles are available for purchase through the website, Jetstar Agent Hub and through travel agent partners’ booking systems.
Jetstar’s Flex and Max fares booked through GDS will be eligible to earn Qantas Points both as a Qantas Business Rewards member and Frequent Flyer but other Jetstar GDS fares and conditions remain unchanged.
