Holidaymakers have analysed the smiles of hundreds of crews, broken down each of their gestures and probably even tested their patience, to determine Garuda Indonesia has ‘The World’s Best Cabin Staff’.
We’re not certain they were the activities and gestures travellers actually considered when voting in the SKYTRAX 2017 World Airline Awards, but it’s the way we like to imagine they decided this year’s winner.
Either way, the winners of this year’s SKYTRAX World Airline Awards are here and while Qatar Airways may be the ‘World’s Best Airline‘, it falls slightly short of having ‘The World’s Best Cabin Staff’, sitting in sixth place.
However, the airline travellers recommend people use if they want to stop complaining about ‘poor inflight service’ is… Garuda Indonesia.
The crew that could pass as supermodels (just look at that picture above!) also offer the best inflight experience because they’ve been named this year’s ‘World’s Best Cabin Staff’.
The airline managed to overtake that incredible Japanese hospitality, with All Nippon Airways sitting in second place, followed by EVA Air and Thai Airways.
