Reho Travel expands with new acquisition

One of the most innovative Australian business, Reho Travel, is expanding its corporate offerings with the acquisition of NGT Travel.

One of the most innovative Australian business, Reho Travel, is expanding its corporate offerings with the acquisition of NGT Travel.

 

NGT Travel is a 26-year-old Melbourne-based corporate travel company with extensive experience in conferences, incentives and events.

The purchase results in a combined team of 36 and annual turnover of $45m.

While corporate travel is at Reho Travel’s core, they also have a large team of study tours and leisure consultants. The company is renowned for being the only TMC in the Asia/Pacific region that has achieved B Corporation accreditation.

Reho’s Managing Director Karsten Horne said purchasing NGT Travel help the company deliver more value to clients and increase technology investments.

“Our clients tell us that our technology suite of Amadeus, Tramada, Concur Travel and Expense, hero2 and Travel Analytics are clearly the best in the market but we are not resting there with a strong focus on continual innovation.”

The majority of the NGT team, several who have been with the company for over 20 years, will be retained by Reho Travel, working out of the Melbourne and Sydney offices.
