Shaped by input from global cruisers, Celebrity Xcel has officially debuted in Fort Lauderdale for her inaugural Caribbean season from November 2025 with seven brand-new experiences on board alongside Celebrity Cruises‘ Edge Series favourites.
Celebrity Xcel is the fifth Edge Series ship and features a host of new ways for guests to explore and restore on board, as previously teased.
These include The Bazaar, a three-storey space that incorporates onboard and offshore experiences; Mediterranean-themed Bora rooftop restaurant; Attic at the Club – a 24/7 adults retro game lounge; and the debut of the part interactive retail experience and part museum Celebrity Flagship Store.

For R’n’R, there’s the new all-day and all-night Celebrity Pool Club and the first-ever Hydra Lounge and outdoor Vitamin D Deck at The Spa on Celebrity Xcel.

Celebrity’s most expansive entertainment offering to date will offer more variety and more performers delivering endless entertainment options all day long.

These include three new shows in The Theatre, two new interactive shows in The Club, immersive new dance parties, exciting new activities, live music and more – influenced by the Xcel Dream Makers, a global community of travellers.

Royal Caribbean Group CEO Jason Liberty said: “With each new ship, we raise the bar for the ultimate holiday experience – and Celebrity Xcel stands in a class of her own.”

“With innovative design, elevated style and signature hospitality, Celebrity Xcel’s arrival sets a new standard for the industry and adds to our collection of experiences that turn the holiday of a lifetime into a lifetime of holidays.”

Celebrity Xcel will embark on seven-night itineraries in the Caribbean, followed by her inaugural European season in the Northern Hemisphere summer 2026, sailing on seven- to 11-night cruises from Barcelona and Athens.
