Disney Cruise Line returns Down Under in 2024 after phenomenal first season

Disney Cruise Line has wrapped an amazing inaugural Australia and New Zealand season, transporting Aussie and Kiwi guests who lapped up both the magical onboard experience – and plenty of food and drink – across 32 sailings on Disney Wonder Down Under.

Disney Cruise Line has wrapped an amazing inaugural Australia and New Zealand season, transporting Aussie and Kiwi guests who lapped up both the magical onboard experience – and plenty of food and drink – across 32 sailings on Disney Wonder Down Under.

Due to popular demand, Disney Cruise Line will return from October 2024 to February 2025 with two- to seven-night ‘Disney Magic at Sea’ itineraries aboard Disney Wonder, sailing from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Auckland.

New for the 2024–2025 season is a seven-night cruise plus select sailings that include ports of call at Hobart, Eden (NSW) and Noumea in New Caledonia.

Disney Magic at Sea brings the magic of Disney to a cruise holiday experience with Disney, Marvel, Pixar and Star Wars character encounters, onboard entertainment and specialty dining plus dedicated spaces for both kids and adults.

During Disney Cruise Line’s 2023-24 sailing season in Australia and New Zealand, guests consumed more than 1.1 million meals, including almost 250,000 scoops of ice-cream, 266,400 slices of pizza and 222,000 cups of coffee.

Disney Wonder set sail out of Sydney Harbour on 16 February on route to Honolulu, Hawai’i on her repositioning cruise for the Northern Hemisphere summer.
