Norwegian Spirit has made her debut in Asia, arriving in Tokyo to embark on a 10-day exploration of Japan.
The ship kick-starts what is NCL’s biggest presence in the Asia-Pacific region in its history.
In September, Norwegian Spirit will return for a continuous 14-month Asia season with more than 30 port-intensive voyages from nine to 15 days, sailing to Japan, Korea and South-East Asia.
Between December 2025 and March 2206, the ship will return to Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.

Season highlights include the ship’s first visits to Matsuyama and Niigata, Japan, and an average of 10 hours in port cities.
NCL APAC Vice President & Managing Director Ben Angell said: “Following our recent launch of a range of new sailings, our Asia deployment is truly unparalleled with the choice of three ships, eight departure ports, over 50 sailings and 40 unique ports of call including 30 overnights.”
The company will have more ships than ever before sailing in Asia between September 2025 and March 2026 with Norwegian Spirit to be joined by Norwegian Sun and Norwegian Sky.
