Virgin Voyages, Richard Branson’s luxury, adults-only cruise line, has launched an industry-first offering: an annual pass for 2025. And travel advisors can earn $15,000 on each sale.

Virgin Voyages, Richard Branson’s luxury, adults-only cruise line, has launched an industry-first offering: an annual pass for 2025. And travel advisors can earn $15,000 on each sale.

According to the cruise line, the new pass allows travellers to sail on any Virgin Voyages ship, on any itinerary, for an entire year.

Starting from AU$185,000, the pass includes a year of voyages in a Sea Terrace cabin, complete with balcony views and the brand’s signature red hammock.

Pass holders can also enjoy perks like priority boarding, complimentary laundry, dedicated concierge support, unlimited premium wi-fi and a AU$150 Bar Tab credit per voyage.

For those seeking adventure, the pass covers itineraries from the Caribbean to the Mediterranean, including sailings on Virgin’s newest ship, Brilliant Lady, debuting in September 2025.

In what Virgin Voyages says is a world-first for cruising, the annual pass can also be purchased using Bitcoin, expanding payment options for crypto-savvy travellers.

Sailors can add a travel companion, with the flexibility to switch guests throughout the year.

The pass is available for booking until 31 March 2025, with start dates from January to April.

In addition, travel agents, or ‘First Mates’, can earn a commission of AU$15,000 per sale.

“I’ve always been a big believer in the power of travel and adventure to spark creativity and bring clarity,” Virgin Group Founder Rchard Branson said.

“What started as a sought after ‘work from sea’ concept with our Season Pass has evolved into something even more special.

“Now, Sailors can jump aboard any of our ships, across an endless variety of exciting destinations for an entire year.

“We’re offering unlimited opportunities for adventure in a way that has never been done in cruising before.”

After a well-hyped first season Down Under in 2023/2024, Virgin Voyages announced it would cancel Resilient Lady’s 2024/2025 Australasian season due to “unacceptable risks for safe passage” through the Red Sea.
