After being acquired by A&K Travel Group last year, Crystal Cruises starts a new era with a new name, website and branding vision as Crystal – Exceptional at Sea.
Crystal also announced its 2023 and 2024 voyages aboard the newly refurbished ships, reimagined with larger updated suites that include artisanal finishes, cutting-edge onboard wellness options and world-class dining and entertainment.
The award-winning ships will embark on global itineraries from 2023 with voyages to the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, Canada and New England, Alaska, the Caribbean, Panama Canal, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
Seamless shore experiences with unparalleled levels of service will be facilitated by Abercrombie & Kent’s ground arrangements.
The first sailings will be a Mediterranean cruise on Crystal Serenity, departing on 31 July from Marseille, while Crystal Symphony will sail on 1 September from Athens.
After a tumultuous time adrift in the industry, A&K Travel Group purchased cruise ships Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony as well as the pandemic-embattled Crystal Cruises brand in June 2022.
Crystal president Jack Anderson said he was delighted for Crystal’s rebirth and the reimagined Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony to start welcoming guests on board.
“Palatial suites, spacious verandas and guest rooms have been rolled out on both ships, reducing overall guest capacity. Personalised service – long a Crystal signature – has been elevated further.
