Disneyland Resort has just debuted its 70th Anniversary Celebrations ahead of the official anniversary on 17 July 2025, welcoming Disney fans, including Australian and New Zealand trade and media partners last week, to enjoy the festivities with new décor, entertainment, merch, food and more.
Aussie and Kiwi fans can get in on the 70th Anniversary Celebrations with a special Disneyland Resort Park ticket deal valid for visits until 9 October 2026.
In addition, several travel agency consortia and trade partners now have special offers in market for Aussie and Kiwi travel agents to sell and book for their clients.

Anniversaries in Anaheim
With the 70th Anniversary Celebrations now underway, Anaheim is also getting in on the anniversary action.
As well as the Happiest Place on Earth’s major milestone, another local theme park destination also marks a significant birthday with Knott’s Berry Farm turning 105 years old in 2025.
California’s original theme park, Knott’s Berry Farm will feature five seasons of fun throughout 2025, including an interactive Ghost Town Alive! Experience in summer, followed by Knott’s Scary Farm from late September to October and Knott’s Merry Farm for the holiday season.
Long-time residents Snoopy, Charlie Brown and the PEANUTS characters also turn 75 in 2025 and can be seen at character meet-and-greets throughout the year at Knott’s Berry Farm’s Camp Snoopy.
JW Marriott Anaheim Resort and The Viv Hotel Anaheim will both mark five years since opening this year, while a host of returning events will also attract visitors in 2026.
These include WonderCon, the annual comic book, science fiction, and film convention, from 27–29 March 2026, and BlizzCon for gaming fans from 12–13 September 2026.
