From deserted beaches to fertile wine regions, from the vast Kimberley to cosmopolitan Perth, there’s no shortage of experiences in Western Australia.
Travel agents had a small taste of what the state has to offer on a recent famil to Western Australia.
Over four days, Tourism Western Australia and the Walshe Group hosted the Travel Associates Advisory Board in Perth and the Margaret River region.
Under WA’s famously sunny skies, guests were treated to a visit to Rottnest Island, a hike along parts of the Cape to Cape track, and a generous sample of WA wines.
While in Margaret River, the Travel Associates team visited the original Vasse Felix winery, which is the region’s founding vineyard.
Here, the group tasted wine in the art gallery followed by lunch in the vineyard’s multi-award-winning restaurant.
