Start of a new era: Melbourne agency rebrands after 22 years

Travel colleagues, clients, team members and even government officials were on hand last night to celebrate the rebranding of Jetset Travel Rowville after 22 years.

Travel colleagues, clients, team members and even government officials were on hand last night to celebrate the rebranding of Jetset Travel Rowville after 22 years.

Celebrations were held at the office last night as the agency was officially relaunched to helloworld Rowville.

In addition to industry friends, VIP guests also attended, including Julie Primmer – helloworld head of Branded networks, Alan Tudge – Federal Member for Aston & Parliamentary secretary to the Prime Minister, Kim Wells – State Member for Rowville and Nick Wakeling – State Member for Ferntree Gully.

The launch party included an official opening speech by Alan Tudge, a toast by Julie Primmer, a ribbon cutting ceremony, a generous supply of food and Moet for all guests in attendance.

helloworld Rowville Director, John Williams said he is thrilled with the re-launch of the agency and expects it will bring a number of helloworld benefits to the local community.

“We have been a part of the Rowville community and the travel industry since 1993, so to have so many people celebrate this fantastic milestone and show their support for our agency is a great feeling for the whole team here at helloworld Rowville.”

The team at helloworld Rowville is made up of nine travel agents with a combined experience of 132 years.

Mr Williams added that he has no doubt that with the rebrand the agency is in a better position than ever before to provide travellers with better deals and accurate travel advice.

The new agency joins helloworld’s other stores that will soon have access to live chats, blog, individual websites and more.

The new online features are part of an upgrade to help agents connect with clients and potential travellers through online tools.
