Mona Tannous, Country Manager Australia & New Zealand Sultanate of Oman Tourism said it is the first-of-its-kind event for the region.

“Drivers will stay at some of the world’s finest hotels, ‘rough it’ in luxury desert camps, enjoy local culture and marvel at the breathtaking landscapes that unfold around the network of modern roads – virtually empty for long stretches – that crisscross Oman’s mountain, desert and coastal regions.”
