Flight Centre Travel Group’s (FCTG) independent network, Envoyage, has selected Infinity Holidays as its preferred wholesaler, enhancing options for its members.
The new partnership provides Envoyage members with exclusive offers, 24/7 co-consult support and expanded travel packages and itineraries.
Envoyage Australia General Manager Nick Queale said the collaboration will help members better serve their clients.
“Our partnership with Infinity Holidays unlocks a whole new world of value for our independent agents. We’re essentially stocking their shelves with hundreds of thousands of travel products, all tied in with extra support and knowledge direct from the supplier,” he said.
“Because no two Envoyage members are the same, we wanted a co-consultant that understood this and could offer a breadth of products from sustainable experiences to cultural adventures or family-friendly holidays all in the one place, and Infinity Holidays is well equipped to support us with this.
“Delivering an unrivalled, high-value product marketplace to our network and providing our agents and agencies with the most seamless support is core to our business, so this partnership will play a key role in helping us bolster this part of our offering.”
Infinity Holidays Business Leader Jo Rendall emphasised that the partnership focuses on delivering memorable client experiences.
“Our team of experts know the product range like the back of their hand, so it’ll be a game changer for Envoyage’s independent agents to have access to such a high level of support in their businesses,” he said.
“In addition to having access to our extensive product range, the co-consult support will allow advisors to be more productive, in turn giving them the opportunity to focus on other areas of their businesses and most importantly, providing exceptional service to their valued customers.
“We’ve had tremendous success already working with Envoyage New Zealand, so we’re thrilled to extend this partnership to the Australian member network and begin helping advisors craft the perfect travel experience for their clients.”
Envoyage member and Globe Trotters Director Craig Barlow said Infinity’s support will help him run his business more efficiently.
“It’s fantastic to have a trusted supplier in Infinity Holidays come on board that we can rely on to deliver what we need for our clients,” he stated.
“I’m most looking forward to being able to access a local, dedicated support channel. It will save us so much time, especially having contacts in the same time zone as us, working our same business hours.”
Envoyage is FCTG’s primary brand in its independent model and the company’s fastest-growing leisure business.
The network recently revealed Cape Town, South Africa, as the location for its 2025 Icons event.
