A stylish new high-end property is making its way Down Under as St. Regis Hotels & Resorts plans for its first Australian hotel in Melbourne.
Opening in 2022 in mixed-used precinct Flinders Bank on the corner of Spencer and Flinders Streets is, The St. Regis Melbourne.
The property and its 168 luxurious guestrooms and suites will sit across levels two-to-11 in the 33 storey Flinders Bank building.
Guests will have views of the Yarra River or Melbourne’s skyline, while appreciating interiors concepted by world-leading interior design studio, Chada.
Refined food and beverage offerings will include a specialty restaurant in addition to a sophisticated Drawing Room space and the St. Regis Bar, which will serve up the local rendition of the brand’s signature cocktail, the Bloody Mary.
Guests will also be able to take advantage of several leisure facilities, such as a the fitness and wellness centre with a 25-metre indoor swimming pool and an exceptional Iridium Spa and beauty salon.
It wouldn’t be a St. Regis Hotel without the signature St. Regis Butler Service, which personalises each guest’s stay.
