There are a few more changes up ahead for helloworld as the company continues to roll out new initiatives designed to benefit agents.

There are a few more changes up ahead for helloworld as the company continues to roll out new initiatives designed to benefit agents.

Head of Associate and Affiliate, David Padman, has revealed there are still a few more initiatives in the works, which the company is keeping under wraps for the time being.

“A number of major initiatives are in the pipeline which will further entrench the advantage our Independent agents enjoy and which will be unveiled over coming months.”

Padman made the announcement after acknowledging the realignment of its Associate and Affiliate Network resources has benefited the 1,200 independent agents and suppliers working with helloworld.

In addition to a restructure earlier this year to build on operational efficiencies, a review of the value proposition for each of the network groups is under way to ensure agents are being supported in the best possible way.

In recognition of the importance of the independent agency models, David Padman’s role has been expanded to incorporate the Affiliate and Concorde Agency Networks.

Three dedicated National Network Managers are now in place, reporting directly to Mr Padman including Michelle Ryan is National Manager Affiliates and Concorde Agency Network; Steve Brady who was previously General Manager Commercial, Travel Indochina (now Insider Journeys) was appointed National Manager Associates; and Kate Cameron is National Manager helloworld for business.

Last month, helloworld’s head, Elizabeth Gaines, revealed the company is successfully ticking off a number of a items on its to-do list, including the goal of creating a network of high-calibre agencies.
