Valuable insights, industry updates and training tips – that’s what agents attending helloworld’s Fares at the Fair training sessions are expected to gain at this year’s event.

Kicking off from 1 July in Perth, the annual event will travel to five capital cities this year with airline partners on hand giving up-to-date information on fares, products, changes and tips.

Julie Primmer, Head of Branded Network helloworld, said the event is part of the company’s focus on providing agents with the tools, support, products and training ‘they need to shine’.

Airlines will update agents on fares, products & services.

“We are excited to be working with our in-house consolidator, Air Tickets for the 2015 Fares at the Fair,” she said.

“They will deliver quality training to our agents and equip them with the tools and solutions they need to optimise their success.”

In addition to featuring Air Tickets, helloworld has partnered with an average of 10 airlines per state.

Air Tickets sells airfares on behalf of over 100 international airlines to over 2,500 travel agents across Australia.

Fares at the Fair is one of three annual national product training events hosted by helloworld and is yet another critical component of helloworld’s value proposition which has seen the delivery of more than seven training events this year.

Starting in Perth on 1 July, the Fair will travel to Brisbane on 14 July; Sydney – 15 July; Adelaide – 21 July; and Melbourne – 23 July.
